MARTA FIVE POINTS TRANSFORMATION PROJECT RESUMES MAY 17, 2025

ATLANTA – The Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA) will resume the transformation project at Five Points Station with the detour of downtown bus routes on May 17 and the relocation of customer services such as the RideStore, Lost & Found, and Reduced Fare office on June 6.

The details of other impacts such as the closure of the Alabama Street, Broad Street Plaza, and Peachtree Street station entrances and the temporary location of customer services will be shared once finalized.

During deconstruction, street-level station and elevator access, as well as bus access will be maintained on Forsyth Street. Rail service and transfers are not impacted and will operate as scheduled.

MARTA is transforming Five Points Station into a vibrant city center with improved transit connectivity, increased safety, and enhanced customer amenities.
